摘　　要：本文针对K公司的核心产品NBC-10-V,从价值流的角度对该产品进行了流程上的改进。通过分析产品的当前生产方案,建立了改进后的状态图,并对各个工序进行研究,找到了当前生产模式中非增值的部分,并逐步改善,实现了缩短产品周期和减少库存的目标。With the studies of the product NBC-10-V of K Company, we make improvements of process to this product and have attained great profits. By analyzing the program of this product we establish the improved state paragraph. Through the studies of every process, we find the non-value added process of product pattern and improve step by step. By the mean time we use the means of IDEF3 model make improvement to producedure and We come to the target of short producement period and reducing stordge by using a avocay of acadamic formulas.
