摘　　要：高职教育的良性发展,在一定程度上受制于学生的就业状况。如何确保教学质量,提高学生的就业率,是每一位高职教育工作者都应该深思的命题。本文从教师、学生、学院三个层面深入探讨了高职教育的关键所在。The favorable development of higher vocational education is restricted by students' employment to certain degree. How to guarantee the teaching quality and raise the employment rate is a matter that every worker of higher vocational education should consider. The authors discussed the key to the development of higher vocational education from three aspects: teacher, student and college.
