阿尔茨海默氏病和帕金森氏病对老年人认知功能及日常生活能力的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阿尔茨海默氏病(AD)和帕金森氏病(PD)对老年人认知功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法对2000～2003年就诊于我院的53例AD、68例PD和60例正常人应用简易智力量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)进行分析。结果AD组与对照组相比MMSE总分及各因子分、ADL总分及各单项分均有显著性差异(P<0.01):PD组与对照组相比除MMSE的记忆力和语言因子分以及ADL第13项目(打电话)外,其余均有显著性差异(P<0.05):AD组与PD组相比除ADL第7项(穿衣)外均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论AD和PD对老年人的认知功能和日常生活能力均有显著的影响,两者相比,AD对老年人的影响更严重、更广泛。Objective To assess the on the cognition function an d ability of daily life in Alzheimer's disease (AD),Parkinson disease (PD).Methods 5 3 patients with AD,68 partents with PD and 60 health persons were analygised based on MMSE and ADL.Results There were significant differences in the total MMSE score and all 5 factors in AD groups compared with PD group and with control group (P<0.001).Comparing PD with controls,there were significant differences in the t otal MMSE score and factor 1,factor 3 and factor 4(P<0.05);but factor 2 and factor 5 there were nosignifica nt difference(P>0.05).The total ADL scores in three groups were 17.94+8.99 in AD group,14.63±5.02 in PD group ,and 13.38±2.21 in control group respectively. The different between AD and PD groups and between AD and c ontrol grorp were significantly(P<0.001)as well between PD and and control groups(P<0.001).Comparing different items of ADL in AD and PD group ,all items of ADL were increased in AD group,and only item 13(use telephone) was no increased in PD group.Conclusion Both AD and PD patients have cognitive dysfunction ,but the cognitive deficient in AD is severe than in PD.The ability of daily life in AD patient is more severe and more exten sive.
