摘　　要：针对生物杂交分析系统的要求,基于专家PID控制方法本文设计了一种智能温度控制生物杂交试验仪、有效地改善了生物杂交试验的质量,并且真正实现了生物杂交试验的高度自动化,具有准确的定时和温度采集,先进的温度控制策略,自动换液,多步骤自动执行功能,故障诊断功能,上位PC机的远程控制功能和友好的用户界面。At the request of hybridization analysis system, a design of intelligent temperature controller for experimentation of hybridization based on expert PID control, it is good for improving the quality of the experimentation of hybridization and realize the automation in the experimentation of hybridization in deed, it can realize function as follow:precise timing and temperature acquisition, advanced strategy of control, automatically taking out the liquid, much process automati cally executing, fault diagnosis, computer remote control, friendly interface of user.
