摘　　要：篮球裁判员是篮球比赛场上不可缺少的重要角色,裁判员的心理素质直接影响执裁的公正性、客观性,以及判罚的准确及时。研究裁判员的心理素质对于裁判员执裁水平的提高具有重要意义。Basketball referees play an important role on the sports competition courts.Their psychological ability has a direct influence to the justice and the objectivity,even the result.Therefore,the study of the referee's psychological ability has a great importance to their level raise.
