利培酮和舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状对照研究

摘　　要：目的　比较利培酮和舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和安全性。方法　利培酮组20例,口服利培酮(1 34±0 52)mg/d;舒必利组20例,口服舒必利(618 2±108 3)mg/d,疗程均为8周。用阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评定疗效,用药物副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。用简易智能量表(MMSE)评定对认知功能的影响。结果　临床总体疗效两组间无显著性差异(P>0 05),利培酮组可提高MMSE的分值(P<0 01)。两组不良反应均以锥体外系症状为主,两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0 05)。结论　利培酮和舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状均有良好疗效,利培酮副反应小而安全,且不影响认知功能。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of risperidone and sulpiride in treatment of schizophrenia negative symptoms.Methods 20 patients had been given risperidone (1.34±0.52)mg/d for 8 weeks,and 20 patients had been given sulpiride (618.2±108.3)mg/d for 8 weeks.They were all assessed by SANS,MMSE and TESS.Result The total efficacy showed no significantly difference between two growps (P>0.05).Risperidone got a good response in all target symptoms of SANS and MMSE,the common side effects of two drugs induided the extrapyramidal symptoms.There was no significant difference of side effects between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Risperidone and sulpiride have good effect as target symptom of SANS.Risperidone has less side effects and not affecting the cognition function.
