联合手术在复合性眼前段外伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨角膜穿孔伤修补,外伤性白内障摘出,前部玻璃体切除和人工晶状体植入联合手术的疗效。方法　对3 2例(3 2眼)符合手术标准的眼外伤此行手术。结果　经1年的随访观察,视力较术前明显提高。视力≥0 6者15眼,0 . 5～0 . 4者10眼,0 . 2 5～0 . 1者5眼,0 . 1以下2眼。结论　严格掌握手术适应证,运用娴熟的技术,多联手术是眼前段结构紊乱重建恢复视功能的重要手段。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of combined surgery of corneal penetrating injury neoplasty,traumatic cataract extraction,anterior vitrectomy and implantation of artificial lens. Methods 32 cases (32 eyes) had accepted the combined surgery. Results After follow up of 12 months,all eyes got better visual acuity than that of pre-operation.15 eyes had a final visual acuity of 0.6 or better,10 eyes between 0.3～0.5,5 eyes between 0.1～0.3 and 2 eyes<0.1. Conclusion The combined surgery is an reliable method for rebuilding anterior segment and recover visual function.
