摘　　要：基于在HCl介质中,痕量邻二硝基苯能灵敏地阻抑KBrO3氧化二甲基黄褪色,建立了一种测定痕量邻二硝基苯的新方法,并研究了反应的最佳条件和动力学参数。方法线性范围为0～0.024μg/mL,可用于环境水样中邻二硝基苯的测定。A new inhibition kinetic spectrophtometric method for the determination of trace amounts of o-dinitrobenzene was proposed. It is based on the inhibitory effect of o-dinitrobenzene on the discoloration of dimethy yellow with KBrO_3 in dilute HCl solution. The optimum conditions and the kinetic parameters of this reaction were studied. The linear range of determination is 0～0.24 μg/10 mL for o-dinitrobenzene. The method was applied to the determination of o-dinitrobenzene in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
