摘　　要：太公与管仲是齐国社会发展史中的两位最具影响力的大政治家,其政治理念与治国方略带有鲜明的齐法家特色,不仅与周公、孔子等懦家有原则区别,而且与三晋法家(秦法家属于三晋法家)也有显著不同。Tai Gong and Guan Zhong were the most influential politicians in the historical development of the Qi State. Their political ideas and strategies for running the state bore remarkable features of the Qi legists, different in principle from Confucians like Zhou Gong and Confucius as well as from the legists of the period of Warring States.
