柴油机高温环境下可靠运行的试验研究

摘　　要：YC4108T柴油机要为联合收割机配套,要在夏日阳光照射下的农田里工作,因此要求该柴油机能耐高温、连续可靠地工作。为满足这一要求,在分析、研究柴油机高温环境下的工作状况并采取一些措施后,进行了高温可靠性试验,证明该机在高温条件下工作可靠。YC4018T diesel engine for reaping machine usually works in a high temperature environment. So it is necessary to investigate reliability operating in high environmental temperature. After analyzing the engine working condition, the experimental apparatus has been set up, and the reliability experiment in high temperature environment has been carried out. The results show that YC4108T engine can work reliably in high temperature environment.
