参芪扶正注射液对乳腺癌术后放疗保护作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对乳腺癌术后放疗的保护作用。方法将84例乳腺癌术后的患者分为两组,治疗组(放疗+参芪扶正注射液)45例和对照组(单纯放疗)39例。对两组患者的体重、放射损伤、生活质量和T细胞免疫功能予以观察对比。结果治疗组体重增加稳定率为95.5%,对照组为64.1%,P<0.05;放射性皮炎对照组明显重于治疗组,P<0.05;生活质量(Karnofsky评分)治疗组好于对照组,P<0.05;T淋巴细胞免疫活性(Ag-NORs)治疗组高于对照组;外周血白细胞下降对照组较治疗组明显。结论参芪扶正注射液配合放疗治疗乳腺癌术后的患者,能提高患者的生活质量,增强机体的免疫功能,减轻患者放射性损伤,是配合放疗的一种较理想的辅助药物,值得在临床上积极应用。Objective:To explore protective effect of shenqi fuzheng injection of radiotherapy for post-operational breast cancer patients.Methods:Eighty-four cases of post-opertational breast cancer were selected and treated.The treated group(shenqi fuzheng injection plus radiotherapy)45 cased and the control group(only radiotherapy)39 cases were designed.Degree of radiodermatitis,change of body weight,immunity and living quality were observed and compared.Results:The rate of increase and unchange of body weight was 95.5% in treated group,and 64.1% in contral group respectively,P>0.05;degree of radiodermatitis of contral group was more serious than treated group,P<0.05;the living quality(Karnofsky scores)of treated group was higher than contral group,P<0.05;Immunity activity (Ag-NORs)of T lymphocyte in blood was lower in contral group than in treated group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Shenqi fuzheng injection plus radiotherapy shows apparent protective effect in treating post-operational breast cancer patiedts,it can decrease degree of radiodermatitis and improve the living quality and immunity activity of T lymphocyte.
