摘 要:基于多项实用专利,提出适合限制三相电网短路故障电流的耦合法固态限流器电路拓扑结构及其工作原理,并得到该固态三相限流器的特点;通过建立其数学模型,并以逆变控制模式为例,分析了其限流机理。结合使用并联旁路电感的方法,可以使此三相拓扑电路具有基本不产生谐波、运行控制灵活且简单可靠等优点。通过样机试验,验证了该三相电路拓扑和控制策略的有效性,并具有工业应用化前景。According to many Chinese patents, a new-type three-phase solid-state current limiter topology and its characteristics, together with the principle, are presented here to satisfy with the actual requirements of the three phase electric power system. In order to switch off the transmission line as soon as possible, there are three modes of control strategy presented here. Takes its inverting control mode as an example, which is based on modeling its topology, so as to analyze the feature of limiting the fault current. It is combined with the shunt inductor to eliminate the harmonic profile with the flexible control strategy, and to be much simple and reliable. Experimental results illustrate that the topology and control method for this new-type three-phase solid-state current limiter is effective, and agree well with the design, and have a good future in the industrial application as well.
