摘  要:由边端力、齿槽力及法向吸力引起的推力波动是影响永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)运动性能的主要因素。通过优化电机动子长度方法降低边端力,采用分数槽结构方法降低齿槽效应引起的齿槽力,利用有限元方法计算PMLSM法向吸力,并采用傅立叶级数进行非线性回归分析,得到PMLSM推力波动统一公式。实验表明PMLSM进给单元推力波动实验值与理论值基本一致。证明了优化理论及分析方法的正确性。因此,在实际应用中,可利用得到的公式对推力波动进行补偿,提高永磁直线同步电机的运动性能。Force ripple such as end force, slot force and normal force was key factor which affected the properties of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motors (PMLSM). End force was greatly decreased by optimizing the length of the PMLSM mover, and slot force caused by slot effect was greatly reduced by using fraction slot structure, and normal force was calculated though Finite Element Method. Then the uniform formula of force ripple was obtained through Fourier series nonlinear regress. Experiments demonstrate that experimental force ripple is quite coincident with that calculated by the fitting formula. So the optimal theory and analysis method is effective, and the obtained formula can be utilized to compensate thrust ripple in practical application and improve the motion performance of PMLSM.
