胃癌中西医结合治疗规律的探讨

摘　　要：为探讨胃癌中西医结合治疗的规律,本文对103例胃癌病人分别于手术前后、化疗期间及疗后给予中西医的扶正和调理,并与单纯手术及化疗作对照,结果表明,中西医结合治疗组明显优于西医疗法的对照组。实验表明扶正健脾汤具有扶正和抑瘤双重作用。Ruan Tingqiang, Lin Jie. Fan Yuanfang. Ge Zhen-hua, Wang Ruoyu, Wan Jijin. One hundred and three cases of carcinoma of the stomach were treated by inte -grated therapeutic method of supporting body resistance and regulating physi - dogical function at pre -and post - operative, chemotherapeutic, and post thera - peutic stages, with operative - chemotherapeutic cases without intergrated therapy as control. Results showed that the effect of tested group was markedly superior to the control group. Experiments also showed that the main recipe in the tested group. Fuzheng Jinnpi (Body resistance supporting, Spleen -streng - thening) Decoction possessed the dual actions of supporting the body resistanceand inhibiting tumor growth.
