摘　　要：在掌握程海流域社会经济及水环境现状的基础上,对全流域的环境现状进行分析,找出了主要的环境问题及其产生的原因,提出了综合治理措施和对策。The current environmental situation of the whole Chenhai basin is analyzed, based on the study of social, economical and environmental situations. The main environmental issues and reasons for them are identified, and the countermeasures for comprehensive control are put forward.
