摘 要:为了防止飞雁滩疏松砂岩油藏注聚合物过程中发生的聚合物窜流,开发了可以提高地层流动阻力的深部调剖剂CYY 5。该剂由煅烧生物钙粉5%~30%,悬浮絮凝剂(黄胞胶)0 01%~0 2%,固化调节剂(钙质粘土及CaCl2等无机盐)1%~5%在矿化度5 4g/L的油田污水中配成。含钙粉20%、黄胞胶0 05%、固化调节剂3%的实验浆液,60分钟静态沉降率<30%;与驱油聚合物HPAM配伍,<0 10%的HPAM使实验浆液凝固体强度增大;在65℃、24小时形成的凝固体,在50~80℃下热老化60天后强度略增大;在单岩心封堵实验中对水相的封堵率大于97%,突破压力大于0 90MPa/30cm;在并联岩心封堵实验中调剖效果显著。飞雁滩油田9口注聚井用CYY 5(个别井与体膨颗粒或聚合物铬冻胶并用)进行深部调剖13井次,单井注入量240~550m3,施工压力均大幅度上升。简介了2口施工井注聚压力升高,吸液剖面改善,1口施工井对应油井产出油量增加,含水下降情况。表8参3。An indepth profile modificator/flow resistance booster, CYY-5, is developed to impede the polymer channelling in loosely consolidated sandstone reservoir formations of Feiyantan oil field, Shengli, in the course of polymer flooding. CYY-5 is composed of a powdered calcined calcareous mixed material (CCMM), 5-30%,+ biopolymer xanthan as suspending/flocculating agent, 0.01-0.2%,+Ca-bentonite+inorganic salts such as CaCl_2 as curing agent/regulator (CAR),1-5%, and prepared in a producd water of TSD=5.4 g/L. For a laboratory experimental CYY-5 slurry of 20% CCMM+0.05% xanthan+3% CAR, the sedimentation in 60 min is <30% (v/v); the compatibility with the polymer for EOR, HPAM, is excellent and <0.10% of HPAM added strengthens the set CYY-5 in some extent; the thermal aging at 50-80℃ up to 60 days improves strength of the CYY-5 set at 65℃ in 24 hrs; the plugging rate of cores by CYY-5 is >97% and the breakthrough pressure measured for these cores is >0.90 MPa/0.3 m; the profile modification on cores in parallel by CYY-5 is effective. At Feiyantan oil field, 13 indepth profile modification operations have been performed on 9 polymer injection wells by using CYY-5 (and CYY-5 together with HK-01, a particulated swellable crosslinked polymer, or with a polymer/Cr^(3+) gel) at use level 240-550 m^3 per well/operation and significant increase in the injection pressure of the working fluids are observed. As exemples, the increase in polymer injection pressure and the improvements in injectivity profile of 2 of these wells and the enhancement in oil productivity and the decrease in water cut of the oil wells connected with one of the injection well are presented briefly.
