对苏北地区中小学校课余训练工作状态的现状调查与分析

摘　　要：对苏北地区的218所中小学校课余训练工作状态的现况调查。结果表明:学校课余训练运动项目的设置仍以传统的、娱乐性、趣味性较强的运动项目为主。在运动队的梯队组成上差别较大,部分学校成合理状态,利于运动队的发展和运动员的成长。在教师制定教学训练计划的工作方面极为薄弱,教学训练计划制定不够齐全,较为单一,在一定程度上会影响教学训练质量和运动队竞技水平的提高。在训练频率上,周训练次数和每次训练时间能够较好保证,但年训练月数部分学校略显不足,影响到课余训练的效果和系统性。Based on the investigation into the present working state of after school training in 218 primary and middle schools in the northern regions of Jiangsu. The result shows: The main contents are also focus on traditional,entertaining,amusing sports in after school training.There is distinct difference between the sports team in its echelon,some schools are at a reasonable state,which will avail the team's development and the athlete's growth.In the aspect of enacting the training plan the coach's ability is at a low level,the training plan isn't up to thorough,and it will affect the training quality and the advancement in competitive ability.In training frequency, the times per week and the time lasting in a training class are well ensured,but the training time is not sufficient in one year in some schools, it will also affect the training quality and systematic of the training.
