摘　　要：唐释慧琳《一切经音义》中有5条转注材料同时注明了会意的性质。转注字的特点是:(1)构件组合关系的历时性;(2)意义的继承性;(3)结构类型的形声化。标识会意是《说文》影响慧琳的结果,标识转注是慧琳自己的主张。There are five articles marked Huiyi(会意) in the Zhuanzhu(转注) materials of the Sound and Meaning of the Tripitaka(一切经音义) compiled by Tang Monk Hui Lin. The features of Zhuanzhu(转注) are as follows: (1) The relationship between the components has the diachronic feature. (2) The meaning of Zhuanzhu(转注) character comes from the original sign of Zhuanzhu(转注原语). (3) The style of the structure generally takes on the pattern of Xingsheng(形声). Marking Huiyi(会意) is the result of the influence of Shuowen(说文) on Hui Lin, and marking Zhuanzhu(转注) is Hui Lin's own view.
