摘 要:在某一给定条件下,对满足抽油杆柱强度要求的关系式进行了讨论,并绘制出了可校核抽油杆柱强度的线性关系图版。该图版可以判断任何三级抽油杆长度组合能否满足抽油杆柱强度要求,也就是直接进行强度校核;也可以求出三级抽油杆中已知两级抽油杆长度情况下第三级抽油杆的最大长度。该图版实现了用平面线性图表表达三级不同规格抽油杆长度的匹配关系,再结合抽油机最大悬点载荷、抽油机曲柄轴所能承受的最大扭矩、油管强度、液面位置等,就可进一步进行管柱结构设计。Under a given condition, strength expressions of rod string is discussed and a linear diagram is derived which can be used to check the strength of rod string. With this diagram, we can judge whether the rod string meets the strength demand or not in any combination of multistage rods. That is to say this diagram can be used to check the strength of the rod string. When the length of two stages of rod is known, the maximum length of the third stage of rod can be directly gained with this diagram. It is realized that ichnographical diagram is used to express three-dimension relation. That is, ichnographical linear diagram shows the matching relation of the rod string of each stage. This is a simple, intuitionistic and practical method. It can be applied to design the tubing string when the maximum landing load, maximum torque of the crank, strength of tubing, liquid level and etc.
