摘  要:利用最优控制的极大值原理,对单元制机组启停过程进行分析,得到在许用应力范围内,使整个启停时间最短的蒸汽温度变化曲线和温升率变化曲线。此方法所得到的温升率变化曲线既可用于指导运行人员运行,还可作为程控信号,直接控制机组启停过程,从而起到优化启停和提高机组运行经济性目的。By using a maximum-value theory of optimized control an analysis was conducted of the startup and shutdown process of a monobloc unit. As a result, it is possible to obtain within the range of allowable stresses the variation curves of both the steam temperature and temperature-rise speed, which are consistent with the shortest startup and shutdown time, thereby achieving the aim of optimized control of a startup and shutdown process. The temperature-rise speed curves obtained by using the above method can be employed for guiding operating personnel to perform an optimized operation and also serve as program control signals for the direct control of the startup and shutdown process of a monobloc unit, thus enhancing its operating economy.
