105例口腔颌面部结外非何杰金氏恶性淋巴瘤的临床病理和免疫组化的研究

摘　　要：本文对１０５例口腔颌面部结外ＮＨＬ进行了临床病理分析，其中２９例作了免疫组化（ＡＢＣ法）研究。１０５例中男性７６例，女性２９例，平均年龄４４．２岁。发病部位最多为牙龈２１例（２０％）和腮腺２０例（１９．１％）。组织学类型：Ｂ细胞来源者７４例（７０．５％），Ｔ细胞来源者２９例（２７．６％）。随访结果揭示，组织类型和治疗方法与预后有关。A clinical pathological and immunohistochemical(ABC method) study of 105 cases with extranodal non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in oral maxillofacial region was performed.There were 76 males and 29 females with a mean age of 44.2 years.The two most frequent sites were gingiva(21 cases)and paroticl gland (20 cases).As for the histological type,74 cases(70.5%)originated from B cell and 29 (27.6%)from T cell.The immunohistochemical study of 29/105 cases showed that the result was in correspondence with the HE staining.The follow-up result indicated that histological types were correlated with prognosis,but a remarkable relationship existed between therapeutic method and prognosis.
