7例右心粘液瘤诊断和治疗

摘　　要：７例右心粘液瘤（占本院同期心脏粘液瘤的１０．１％），其中右房３例，右室３例，多发性１例。描述瘤体部位、大小与临床特征。本组合并肺梗塞１例，肺高压４例，晕厥１例，肺动脉瓣或右室流出道梗阻３例，三尖瓣关闭不全或伴三尖瓣口梗阻４例，心包积液１例。全部病例均做心超声波检查，符合率１００％，被认为是确诊本病最可靠安全的方法。本组６例手术治疗，存活５例，近远期疗效良好。本文还讨论了本病的发病率，临床表现，临床和影像学诊断，手术治疗及注意点。In the present paper, seven cases with right heart myxoma were reported, which included three atrial, three ventricular and one multiple, and were 10.1% of all intracardiac myxomas happened at the same time. This study compared the tumors position and size with relative clinic features. The complications had been appeared including four pulmonary hypertensions, one pulmonary infarction. one syncope, three pulmonary valvular stenosis or right ventricular outflow obstructions, four tricuspid insufficiencies or associated with tricuspid valve stenosis and one pericardial effusion. Echocardiography was performed in all of cases. The conformity rate is 100%. It has shown that Echocardiography is the most dependable and secure method for making the diagnosis at the moment. The operation was performed on 6 patients, 5 cases have been well and returned to their normal lives more than four years after treatment. The incidence , clinic phenomenon , diagnosis,echocadiology and surgical therapy are discussed.
