87例晚期胃癌联合化疗疗效观察

摘　　要：我院于１９７５年７月～１９８９年１２月共收治不可切除胃癌８７例，皆有病理证实并完成一疗程以上的联合化疗。本文对常用的四组方案疗效进行了比较，结果：ＭＦ方案组有效率为４３．３３％，中位生存期８．５月，１、２、３年生存率分别为４６．６７％、２６．６７％、３．３３％，疗效较好，毒副反应偏低，且药价低廉，方案组合简单，疗程时间短，优于其它三组化疗方案。Abstract:87 cases of Unresectable carcinoma of the stomach were treated in our hospitalfrom 1976 to 1989. The diagnosis of all cases had been comfirmed by histopathology. All pattenes had been received for more than one combined chemotherapycourse. We compared with the treatment results of 4 common kinds of combinedchemotherapy plans. The sensitive rate of the patienss who received MF Plan was43. 33%. The mean survival period was 8. 5 months and 1, 2, 3 year survival ratewas 46. 67%, 26. 67%, 3. 33%, respectively. The treatment results of MF planshowed that it was a better plan, and the poise side-effects of MF plan were lower.In addition, the price of medicines was lower and this plan was simple. The wholecourse of the treatment was short, We suggsted that MF plan was superior to theother 3 plans to Unresectable carcinoma of atomach.
