DMP方案与DVP方案治疗食管癌54例疗效对比分析

摘　　要：我们自１９８６年１月～１９９２年６月，用ＤＭＰ方案（ＤＤＰ，ＭＭＣ，ＰＹＭ）和ＤＶＰ方案（ＤＤＰ，ＶＣＲ，ＰＹＭ）共治疗食管癌５４例。其中ＤＭＰ方案治疗１９例，获ＲＲ５７．７％，ＲＲＲ８４．２％。ＤＶＰ方案治疗３５例，获ＲＲ４５．７％，ＲＲＲ６０％。经统计学处理，两方案的完全缓解率，有效率及毒副反应无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。但从有效率看，ＤＭＰ方案稍高于ＤＶＰ方案，ＤＭＰ方案对初治病人和术后复发转移病人的疗效亦略优于ＤＶＰ方案。From Jan. 1986 to June 1992, the DMP protocol (DDP, MMC,PYM) and the DVP regimen (DDP, VCR, PYM) were used by us in the management of 54 cases of cancer of the esophagus.of them, 19 cases were treated with the DMP protocol, achieving a 57. 7N RR and a 84.2% RRR ; and 35 cases were treated with the DVP regimen, ending in a 45. 7% RR and a 60% RRR. Both of the two regimens were of no statistical significance in terms of complete remission, effective rate and toxic and side effects (P>0. 05).There was remarkable difference seen in the total rate of effectiveness from the two methods. The DMP way was superior to the DVP way (P<0.05 ). The curative effect of DMP is slightly better than that of DVP, and it is the same in the cases first treated and in those who had relapse and/or metastasis post operation.
