组织胺及其受体拮抗剂对Lewis肺癌生长和转移的作用研究

摘　　要：本文观察了组织胺（Ｈｔ）及其受体拮抗剂西米替丁（Ｃｉｍ）、美吡拉明（Ｍｅｐ）对小鼠Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌（ＬＬＣ）的生长和转移有明显的影响，结果发现，Ｈｔ和Ｃｉｍ对ＬＬＣ的生长和转移有明显的抑制作用，且联合Ｈｔ和Ｃｉｍ用药，这种抑制作用明显加强。而Ｍｅｐ对小鼠ＬＬＣ的生长和转移均有一定的促进作用；从而表明Ｈｔ的抗肿瘤效应主要是通过Ｈ＿１受体的作用实现的。Department of Urology, the First Hospital of Hubei Medical College The aim of this work was to study the effects of histamine and its receptor antagonists on the growth and metastasis of transplanted Lewis lung cancinoma(LLC) and the mechanisms were involved. The results are as follow: Both histamine and cimetidine demonstrated an inhibitory effect on the growth and metastasis of transplanted LLC as represented by retatding the initiation of innocoulated LLC, Lowering tumor size and tumour weight, decreasing pulmonary metastatic foci and showing a trend to lower the incidence of metastasis.Treat with histamine and cimetidine gave better results than histamine or cimetidine alone. In contrast,Mepyrmine showed stimulating effect on the growth and metastasis of transplanted LLC Theae results suggest that the anti-tumour mechanism of histamine was due to the effect of H1-receptor
