摘　　要：本文报告５例同时性多发性肺良性肿瘤。女３例，男２例。年龄４８－６５岁，其中６０岁以上４例。主要临床症状为：胸痛３例，咳嗽、痰中带血２例，发热１例。结合文献对其临床特征、诊断和治疗进行了讨论。主要治疗手段是手术切除。手术要遵守保守性切除肿瘤、保护肺功能的原则。This article reported 5 cases simultaneous multiple pulmonary benign tumor. There were 3 female and 2 male. The age ranging from 48-65 year and 4 cases were beon 60 years of age. The primary symptoms were: chest pain 3 cases, cough and bloody sputum 2 cases, fever 1 case. Combine the literature, the clinical feature, diagnosis and treatment are discussed. Treatment is surgical, the principles of complete eradication of tumor with maxinal reservation of functioning lung are emphasized.
