摘　　要：晚期肺癌胸水的治疗难度很大，目前虽已有一些治疗晚期肿瘤并胸水的方法，但用胸腔化疗加全身化疗治疗肺癌胸水的报道尚少。本文用顺铂胸腔内注入结合多药联用全身化疗治疗肺癌胸水，使胸水明显消失，肺部肿瘤缩小。Treatment of pleural effusion in advanced lung cancer is extremely difficult. Now, there are some methods for treatment of pleural effusion in advanced lung camcer, But the report on the treatment with both intrathorocic and systemic chemotherapy is a little. This paper reported that the pleural effusion in advanced lung cancer was treated by DDp intracavitaryly and other drugs intravenously. The results showed that the pleural effusion distinctly disappeared and lung tumour reduced.
