肿瘤化疗对肾上腺皮质功能的影响

摘　　要：于１９８９～１９９２年，在肿瘤化疗期间，应用放射免疫法检测肿瘤病人血浆皮质醇和醛固酮水平，结果化疗前属正常范围，化疗后均显著降低（皮质醇为６６３．４５±２４３．１７ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ对４７４．７８±２７５．４５ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０１；醛固酮为６３８．８３±３２４．３９Ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ对４３４．４５±３２２．４２Ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０２）。提示化疗对肾上腺皮质分泌功能具有明显的抑制作用，为化疗合用皮质激素类药物，已减轻化疗反应提供了理论依据。We selected 30 patients with tumor in respiratory and metabolic system, they were routinely treated by chemotherapy within the experiment, the level of cortisol and aldosterone were examined by radioimmunoassay. As a result, the level of cortisol and aldosterone were reduced from 663. 45 ±243. 17nmol/L to 474. 78±275. 45nmol/L and from 638. 83±324. 39nmol/L to 434. 45±322. 42nmol/L respectively. It differ significantly (P<0. 01, P<0. 02). The results suggest that chemotherapy suppress the secretive function of adrenal cortex. We may use corticoid drugs to minimize the side effect during the chemotherapy.
