摘　　要：目的　探讨PCNA在口腔鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法　6 4例口腔鳞癌石蜡包埋标本,用免疫组织化学方法(SABC)测定。结果　PCNA在口腔鳞癌中的表达阳性率为(5 4 . 2 7±2 1 . 2 8) %,表达呈异质性。PCNA指数与口腔癌的肿物大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移均显著相关,与TNM分期无关。结论　PCNA可作为判断口腔鳞癌恶性程度及预后的指标。Objective: To study the clinical value of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expressed in oral squamous cell carcinomas(OSCC). Method: 64 cases of OSCC tissue were examined by immunohistochemical method. Results: The positive rate of PCNA expression in OSCC tissue was 54.27±21.28%. The expression of PCNA was closely correlated with the tumour size, tumor-differentiation and lymph node metastasis, but not with their clinicopathologic stage. Conclusion: It is suggested that PCNA can serve as a marker for evaluating the malignancy and prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinomas.
