贲门癌淋巴结转移规律的研究

摘　　要：目的研究贲门癌淋巴结分组分站转移规律。方法统计217例贲门癌手术病例各组淋巴结的转移率及转移度,总结其规律。结果第一站转移率、转移度均为最高,并呈现逐站下降趋势,同时第7、9组也具有较高转移率。结论贲门癌淋巴结转移重点在腹腔;逐站转移与跳跃式转移并存;第7组具有高转移特性。Objective To study the law of lymph nodes metastasis of cardiac cancer.Methods We randomly sampled 217 cases with cardiac cancer. They received surgical resection. We calculated the metastasis rate and degree of each group, and summarized the law of its metastasis.Results The metastasis rate and degree of station No.1 were the highest,and there was a decline trend along with the station number, and the metastasis rates of group 7 and 9 were higher.Conclusions The emphasis of metastasis of cardiac cancer is in the abdomen; The manner of the metastasis was station by station and skipping over station at the same time.The group 7 had the characteristics of high metastasis.
