扶正散结合剂对中晚期肺癌患者血小板及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药扶正散结合剂对中晚期肺癌患者血小板及血液流变学的作用。方法将109例中晚期肺癌患者分为治疗组58例,对照组51例。对照组给予常规放化疗,治疗组在常规放化疗基础上给予扶正散结合剂,观察其血小板及血液流变学指标的变化。结果治疗组血小板计数、血小板聚集率,血液粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组仅血小板聚集率显著降低。治疗组较对照组治疗后血液粘度、血小板聚率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论扶正散结合剂能降低血小板计数及血小板聚集率,降低血液粘度,改善肺癌患者血液的高凝状态。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine-fuzhensan mixture on platelet and blood rheology of patients with pulmonary carcinoma at metaphase and late stage.Method:109 cases were devided into two groups.58 cases were given common chemotherapy and fuzhensan mixture which were taken as treatment group, 51 cases were only given common chemotherepy,changes of platelet and blood rheology were observed.Results:platelet count,aggregation rate,blood viscosity,plasma viscostiy and fibrinogen were significantly lowered in treatment group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),there was only platelet aggregation rate was obviously lowered in control.The blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate were obviously lowered in treatment group than that of control(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzhensan mixture can improve the hyperviscosity condition of patients with pulmonary carcinoma.
