甜味蛋白thaumatin-PDI二价植物表达载体的构建

摘　　要：将thaumatincDNA和PDI基因的上游分别连上启动子,下游连上终止子,通过基因重组技术,克隆到植物表达载体pCAMBIA130 2中,构建成一个同时含有thaumatin基因和PDI基因的新的植物二价表达载体pCAMBIA130 2 tha PDI.经测序,该表达载体中的thaumatin基因与PDI基因的编码阅读框序列完全正确.The promoter was connected to the upriver sections of the gent PDI and the thaumatin cDNA,the terminator was also connected to their downriver sections.With the base of the plant expressing vector pCAMBIA1302,we constructed a new plant expressing vector pCAMBIA 1302-tha-PDI,which contained the gene thaumatin and the gene PDI.After sequencing,the base sequences of the gene thaumatin and the gene PDI in pCAMBIA 1302-tha-PDI were exactly right.
