摘　　要：钢铁行业之所以能长久地保持盈利稳步增长,关键在于依靠技术创新与总成本指标领先,本文通过阐述总成本领先战略及相关实施条件,结合炼铁行业的特点,从生铁成本剖析出发,探讨了如何在炼铁行业通过技术创新,实施总成本领先战略。The stable growth of iron and steel industry relies heavily on technological innovations and the resultant total cost leadership. This paper investigates the total cost leadership strategy and necessary conditions. In light of the characteristics of iron-making industry, the paper analyzes pig iron-making cost and discusses how to carry out technological innovation in iron-making industry to secure total cost leadership.
