摘　　要：目的:克服原设备的缺陷,解决青霉素生产过程中的过滤问题并进一步扩大产量。方法:采用鼓式过滤机过滤技术及利用热交换器进行热量交换以达到生产工艺要求,并同时改进相关工艺。结果:达到降低生产成本,加快生产进度,提高收率的结果。结论:通过实际生产证明完全符合实际生产的需要。Objective:In order to overcome the disadvantage of the equipment,handle out the problem of filter veloc- ity in the filter procedure of penicillin and enlarge the output.Methods:we adopt the drum-type filter technology and carry our heat exchange by heat exchanger to attain to the requirement of production technology,at the same time we im- prove the corresponding technology.Results:decrease the production cost and enhance the output,increase the production speed,rise the rate of production.Conclusion:This improvement is cetrified completely according with the need of practical production.
