摘　　要：针对工程项目投标过程中的风险因素分析,基于粗糙集理论给出了投标报价风险分析的知识表达系统,并运用粗糙集理论和方法对投标报价风险决策表的属性和属性值进行约简,得出投标报价风险决策的最小决策表,使决策者对工程项目的投标报价风险决策能进行有效的分析,产生合理的决策方案,提高中标概率。Aimed at the risk analysis of project biding,it puts forward the knowledge expression system of project biding risk analysis based on rough set theory. Then it introduces the minimal risk decision table of project biding based on the reduction of attributes and attribute values. The minimal biding risk decision table can help decision-makers to develop reasonable decision schemes.
