疏血通注射液对脑梗死患者TXB_2及6-Keto-PGF1a的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏血通注射液对急性脑梗死患者血浆6 酮 前列环素(6 Keto PGF1a)、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )的影响。方法:6 0例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组30例进行常规基础治疗,治疗组30例在常规基础治疗的同时给予疏血通注射液静脉滴注,治疗前后比较两组患者神经功能评分、TXB2 、6 Keto PGF1a的变化。结果:治疗组神经功能评分明显减少、TXB2 降低、6 Keto PGF1a升高,与对照组比较有明显差异。结论:疏血通注射液可调节TXB2 / 6 Keto PGF1a的平衡,抑制血小板活化。Objective:To investigate the influence of Shuxuetong injection to the change of TXB 2/6 Keto PGF1a on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with conventional therapy,while therapy group were infused Shuxuetong injection in additiona.The changes of the nevous score and TXB 2,6 Keto PGF1a were observed before and after treatment.Results:To compared with the control group,there was remarkable difference on the decrease of nevous score and TXB 2,the increase of 6 keto PEF12 in the Shuxuetong injection treated group.Conclusioin:Shuxuetonginjection could regulate the balance of TXB 2,6-Keto-PGF1a,inhibit activition of platelet and may play important role in anti-thrombosis.
