^(99m)Tc(v)-DMS肝癌阳性显像的临床研究

摘　　要：本文报告用五价锝标记的二疏基丁二酸(^(99m)Tc(v)-DMS)作为肝癌的阳性显像剂,应用于55例包括35例肝癌和20例良性肝病的SPECT。结果诊断肝癌的敏感性为88.6％,特异性95.0％,准确性90.9％。而B超,X线CT和AFP的肝癌诊断敏感性各为57.7％,69.2％和71.4％。结论认为^(99m)Tc(v)-DMS是一种较好的肝癌阳性显像剂。Abstract: This paper reports using99m Tc(v)-DMS as a positive agent of hepatic carcinoma. Fifty-five pa-tients including 35 patients with hepatic carcinoma and 20 patients with benign hepatic diseases received99m Tc(v)-DMS imaging. The results show that the diagnostic sensitivity of hepatic carcinoma was 88.6%. the speci-ficity was 95.0%. the accurate rate was 90.9%. However the sensitivity on Ultrasonic imaging.X-ray CT andAFP were 57.7%. 69.2% and 71.4% respectively. The conclusion suggests that99m Tc(v)-DMS is a good posi-tive imaging agent of hepatic carcinoma.
