保存人羊膜和自体角膜缘移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察保存人羊膜和自体角膜缘移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的手术效果。方法选择甘油保存的人羊膜,采用人羊膜和自体角膜缘移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉76例(87只眼),术后随访1～3年.观察手术效果及复发率。结果治愈84只眼,复发3只眼,复发率3.4%,其中37只眼(42.5%)视力较术前提高。结论保存人羊膜和自体角膜缘移植术对阻止翼状胬肉的复发有较好疗效。Objective To observe the surgical effect of the transplantation with preserved amniotic membrane and autograft of the limbus for recurrent pterygium. Methods 76 cases(87 eyes) suffered from recurrent pterygium were transplanted with glycerin preserved human amniotic membrane and autograft of the limbus, and the rate of recurrence was observed during followup for 1~3 years. Results 84 eyes (96.6%) were cured and 3 eyes had recurrence (recurrent rate 3.12%). Visual acuity improved in 37 eyes (42.5%). Conclusions Transplantation with the combination of preserved human amniotic membrane and autograft of the limbus may prevent effectively the recurrence of pterygium.
