酒精对草鱼胆汁急性毒性的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究体积分数95%食用酒精与草鱼胆汁的联合急性毒性。方法:用草鱼胆汁、酒精、草鱼胆汁酒精混合物经口染毒;酒精经腹腔染毒;草鱼胆汁经口同时酒精腹腔染毒小鼠。急性毒性实验按寇氏法进行。结果:草鱼胆汁、酒精、草鱼胆汁酒精混合物经口的半数致死剂量(LD50)分别为:4315、8396、9667mg kg;酒精经腹腔染毒的LD50为4080mg kg;草鱼胆汁经口的LD50(同时酒精腹腔染毒)为5718mg kg。结论:草鱼胆汁与酒精混和后经口染毒,两者存在拮抗作用;草鱼胆汁经口与酒精腹腔同时染毒,两者也呈拮抗作用。Objective:To explore the joint acute toxicity of edible alcohol and grass carp bile.Methods:The grass carp bile,alcohol,and grass carp bile-alcohol mixture were given orally,alcohol was given ip,grass carp bile was given orally together with alcohol injection(ip)to Kunming mice.Kaorber's method was adopted to conduct acute toxicity tests.Results:The oral LD_(50) of grass carp bile,alcohol and the above mixture were 4?315,8?396 and 9?667 mg/kg respectively,the alcohol(ip)LD_(50)was 4?080?mg/kg,the joint LD_(50) of grass carp bile(oral)with alcohol(ip)was 5?718?mg/kg.Conclusion:An antagonistic action is found between the grass carp bile and alcohol mixture by oral route,as same between grass carp bile(oral)and alcohol(ip).
