摘  要:目的:观察脊髓慢性受压后实验动物的行为功能与bcl_2和bax基因表达的变化。方法:以30只Wistar大鼠为受试对象,采用大鼠后路渐进性脊髓压迫模型,然后进行联合行为评分(CBS)、常规病理和免疫组化,用原位末端标记法(TU ENL)检测凋亡基因bcl_2和bax的表达。结果:免疫组化示实验组bax阳性细胞数明显增多,且CBS升高(P<0.05)。TUENL结果示对照组有极少量散在的凋亡标记阳性细胞,而实验组则出现大量的阳性细胞,凋亡指数高。结论:脊髓受压促进大鼠脊髓神经元合成bax蛋白,从而影响实验动物的行为功能。Objective:To study the changes of the expression of bcl_2 and bax in chronic spinal cord injury(SCI)of rats.Methods:According to the chronic progressive compressive spinal cord injury model of rats,30 Wistar rats were divided into control group and SCI group.Hematoxylin_eosin staining,immunohistochemistry and TUENL methods were used to examine the expression of bax and bcl_2 in rats' spinal cord. The positive immunohistochemistry cells of bcl_2 and bax were observed by light microscope and analyzed by computer image analysis system.Results:After spinal cord injury,CBS was increased and the expression sequences of bax protein in SCI group were observed more obvious than those in control group while the expression of bcl_2 no changed significantly. Conclusion:The progressive compression may increase synthesis of bax in spinal cord and inhibit the recovery of behavioral function of experimental animals.
