摘  要:砂培试验研究了镉胁迫对水稻幼苗干物质积累和活性氧代谢的影响及其基因型差异。结果表明,镉胁迫显著抑制水稻幼苗生长,降低干物质积累,显著增加根系及茎叶中SOD和POD酶活性,并伴随MDA含量增加。3个参试品种间存在显著差异,丙9914受抑制最为严重,秀水110表现出相对较强的抗性,其次是嘉育293。<Abstrcat>This experiment investigated effects of Cd stress on biomass accumulation and active oxygen metabolism of rice seedlings and their genotype difference in a sand culture. The result showed that Cd stress (1 mmol/L Cd) significantly inhibited growth of rice seedlings, reduced biomass accumulation, increased superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activities, and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the roots and shoots. There was a significant genotype difference in Cd-tolerant. Cadmium-resistance of different genotypes followed the order of Xiushui 110 >Jiayu 293> Bing 9914.
