DF－521治疗脑梗塞临床评价──附17例疗效观察

摘　　要：本文报道了东菱精纯克栓酶（ＤＦ－５２１）治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效，共１７例（治疗组），与２０例用甘露醇治疗对照。结果治疗组显效率为７６．４７％，总有效率为９４．１２％，对照组分别为２５％、８５％，两组显效率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＤＦ－５２１治疗愈早，疗效愈好。本组病例未见明显毒副作用。The effects of batroxobin(DF一521) on 17 patients with cerebral infarction and 20 patients controls treated by mannitol were reported. The data indicated that the total improvement rate was 94. 12% in batroxobin group and 85%in control group, with a higher marked improvemtent rate(76. 47%)in the batroxobin group than that(25%)in control group(P<0.01). The earlier the course begins, the better the effects will be, No marked side effects were found.
