摘  要:目的:回顾性分析颅内转移性肿瘤的MRI表现及临床表现,提高对颅内转移性肿瘤的早期诊断率。方法:分析我院1993年2月至2003年2月间收治的140例颅内转移性肿瘤的临床表现及其MRI影像表现。结果:①肺癌最常发生颅内转移(本组占54.3%);②脑转移瘤常常以神经系统症状为首发(本组为58.6%);③脑转移瘤MRI表现:以多发病灶转移为主(84.3%),转移部位多位于幕上(82.1%),转移灶常见水肿带(87.9%)和占位效应(57.1%),T1WI以低信号为主(79.3%),T2WI以高信号为主(81.4%),增强扫描可见病灶均出现强化效应。结论:癌症患者出现神经系统症状和以神经系统症状为首发的脑转移瘤均应及时行头部MRI检查,MRI检查对于早期诊断颅内转移性肿瘤具有重要的价值。Objective:To increase the early diagnosis ratio of intracranial metastases by analyzing the manifestation and MRI of intracranial metastases retrospectively.Methods:From february 1993 to february 2003,140 patients with intracranial metastases were studied and analyzed by the manifestation and MRI of all patients.Results:(1) Lung cancers most frequently transfer to brain (54.3%).(2) The neurologic disorders often appeared as the first symptoms in brain metastases (58.6%).(3)MRI:the brain metastases lesions usually displayed as multiple nodules (84.3%),distributed mainly in the superior tentorium(82.1%) with surrounding edema and occupying effect; low signal intense in T1WI(79.3%),high signal intense in T2WI(81.4%); all brain metastases present as enhancing masses.Conclusion:In order to detect the brain metastases as early as possible,cranial MRI was strongly recommended for the cancer patients with neurologic disorders and the neurologic disorders patients,even if the cancer have not been found.MRI was valuable in the diagnosis of brain metastases.
