摘　　要：水泥生料配料过程是一个复杂的过程,采用常规的控制方法难以达到满意的控制效果。本文针对这一情况,根据原料的化学成分以及对熟料的要求,采用模糊控制技术,通过控制生料的总下料量和生料的三种配比,使水泥生料的质量和产量得到显著的提高。The procedure of mixing raw material of cement is a complex procedure,nomally it is difficult to obtain a satisfactory result of control by routine control method. to the question. in this paper, according to the requirement of chemical component and clinker, the fuzzy control techniqne was used and buing a all -purpose Fuzzy Controller, which can remarkably improve quaiity and ouput of cement raw material by contro-ling overall down flow capacity of raw material and the quota ratio of it, and greatly reduce the work intensity of operators
