摘　　要：网络组织已成为组织发展的新趋势,其治理机制是实现协同效应的基本条件。然而,现有的研究仍停留在理论假设阶段。本文从实证的角度,通过网络组织治理机制与绩效的典型相关分析,对二者的关系进行检验,并就分析结果进行了讨论。The network organization has already become the new trend of organization development;its governance mecha- nisms are the primary conditions for realizing synergy effects.But existing researches still remain and suppose the stage of theory assumption.This paper makes a canonical correlation analysis on the correlation relationship between governance mechanisms and performances of network organization,and deals with the influence of its factors.The relation to the two is examined,and the result has been discussed.
