摘　　要：分析目前机构方案评价中存在的问题,提出一种基于决策理论的多属性综合评价决策方法。该方法综合了简单加权法、层次分析法和线性分配法,对机构方案设计进行评价并用Borda函数法进行最终决策。介绍机构设计多方案的形成,构造了机构方案设计评价与决策体系并说明了评价与决策的相关方法,并以一机构设计实例说明其设计步骤,验证了其可行性。The essay analyzes the problem existed in the present evaluation system of mechanism conception design,and put forward a multi-attribute and comprehensive evaluation and decision method based on decision theory.The method combines the simple weighted average method,layer analysis method and linear distribution method to evaluate the mechanism conception design and apply Borda function to make final decision.The essay introduces the formation of the multi-conception of mechanism design,constructs the system of evaluation and decision for mechanism conception design and explains the relevant methods in this field.In the end,an example is given to illustrate the design procedure and its feasibility.
