运用观察舌脉曲张的方法诊断门脉高压的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：运用观察食道静脉曲张的方法，诊断门脉高压性血瘀症，早已被公认。本研究经过１０年努力，通过观察舌脉曲张，为临床提供一项较之观察食道静脉曲张更为简便，指标更为灵敏，可靠，且有明显数据指标的诊断门脉高压症的物理诊断方法。研究中对１１８例患者应用了腹部手术和观察舌脉病理变化相对照的方法进行，通过实验室检测及动物模型证明，门脉高压症患者的舌脉曲张率为１００％，较本组食道静脉曲张率的９４．５１％明显提高，与相关疾病及健康人对照组比较差异非常显著，Ｐ＜０．t has been recognized generally that the portal hyportension extravasated blood desase can be diagnosed by using the method of observing the esophagusvarix. With 10 years of efforts and through observing the lingual varix,the reasrch has suggested a method for clinical diagnosis,which is more convenient and the index of which is more sensitive and reliable. It is a pysical di-agnosaing method with obvious index for portal hypertension desease.During the research,contrast method of laparotomizimg operation with lingual pathological chaging obervation for 118 cases of patient has been conducted. Through laboratory test and ani-mal一plasty,it showed that the lingual varix ratio of portal hypertension patient was 1 00%,obvi-ously higher than the esophagus varix ratio of 94. 51%in the same group。Comparins with the contrast group of concerning deseases and healthy people,the difference was extremely obvious(P<0.0l)。
