电针治疗对脑梗死偏瘫急性期运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针对脑梗死偏瘫急性期运动功能的影响。方法:将100例患者随机分成电针治疗观察组50例和体针治疗对照组50例,两组按传统体针取穴治疗,电针组加用电针治疗。结果:电针组与体针组之间,对运动功能Brunnstrom分级指数的影响,上肢和下肢均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗对脑梗死的运动功能疗效优于传统体针。Objective:Observation on effect of electroacupuncture on motor function of brain infarction with hemiplegia in acute period.Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group (n=50) and body acupuncture group(n=50),and were treated by same acupoint according textbook.Results:Stage Br of motor function in upper limbs and down limbs was significant eifference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:Therapeutic efect of electroacupuncture on motor function with brain infarction with hemiplegia in acuteperiod is better than body acupuncture.
