摘 要:西鄂尔多斯地区四合木(TetraenamongolicaMaxim)氨基酸含量的测定与分析表明:四合木中含有动物必须的8种氨基酸,其含量为:成株13.65g·kg-1,幼苗15.46g·kg-1,分别占氨基酸总量的36.77%和32.645%.四合木成株与幼苗的根、茎、叶之间部分氨基酸含量有显著差异,除苏氨酸外,其它氨基酸含量特征为幼苗>成株;四合木11种氨基酸含量高于沙打旺、紫花苜蓿而小于沙生灌木、沙棘、花棒、柠条和多枝柽柳.与其它5种优良牧草(箭舌豌豆、苦卖菜、沙打旺、白三叶、紫花苜蓿)必须氨基酸含量相比较,部分氨基酸含量高于箭舌豌豆和白三叶.与荒漠濒危植物比较,其脯氨酸含量具有特殊性.四合木幼苗根与茎之间脯氨酸含量有显著差异,且根的脯氨酸含量为茎的2倍.由于脯氨酸含量与植物的抗旱能力呈正相关,因此,十分有利于四合木幼苗的成活.Amino acid contents of Tetraena mongolica sampled from Western Erdos region were measured and analyzed in October,2002.The results showed that Tetraena mongolica contained 8 kinds of amino acid those are indispensable to animals.The contents were 13.65 g·kg^(-1) in mature individuals and 15.46 g·kg^(-1) in seedlings,accounting for 36.77% and 32.645% of the total amino acid contents,respectively.Amino acid contents of roots,stems,and leaves in both mature individuals and seedlings were different significantly.For almost all amino acids except THR, the contents in seedlings were greater than that in mature individuals. Contents of 11 amino acids in Tetraena mongolica were higher than that in Astragalus adsurgen,Medicago sativa,but lower than that in Caragana korshinskii,Hippophae rhamnides,Hedysarum scoparium and Tamarix ramosissima,for some kinds of amino acid the contents of it were even higher than that in Vicia sativa and Trifolium repens which have been widely used as high quality forages in animal breeding.Comparing it with rare and endangered plant species in desert, we found that there was a significant difference between the content of PRO in roots and that in stems, and the former in roots was 2 times as the later in stems. Since there is a positive correlation between the content of PRO and the drought resistance ability of Tetraena mongolica,therefore,that is very much available to their seedlings alive.
