乳头溢液中CA153检测在乳腺癌诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的:检测乳头溢液与血清CA153水平,探讨乳头溢液中CA153在乳腺癌诊断中的意义。方法:应用电化学发光法(Elecsys)对150例患者乳头溢液与血清CA153水平检测,并进行对照分析。结果:CA153水平均值在乳腺良性病变组中明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),乳腺癌组显著高于正常对照组和良性病变组(P<0.01)。乳腺癌组乳头溢液CA153阳性检出率显著高于血清CA153阳性检出率,且P<0.01。结论:CA153检测无损伤、诊断符合率较高,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective: To determine the serum and nipple discharge CA153 level in patients with breast disease and to elucidate their significance of the diagnosis. Methods: CA153 level was measured by Elecsys in 150 breast disease patients and 40 healthy individuals. Results: The nipple discharge and the serum CA153 level were singnificantly higher than those of health subjects (P<0.05; P<0.01). The CA153 level of the nipple discharge in breast cancer were singnificantly higher than those of serum subjects (P<0.01). Conclusion: The determination of CA153 level in nipple discharge plays an important role in diagnosis of the breast cancer.
